The spa facilities shine, offering a hydrotherapy pool, steam room, and sauna that provide a top-notch escape after a long day. The beautifully landscaped grounds make for a relaxing stroll, enhancing the overall ambience on-site.
Accessing our room felt like a trek, requiring navigating multiple lifts and long corridors, which might be frustrating, especially with luggage. The dining experience felt inconsistent. meals sometimes arrived close together, and breakfast room service had slow delivery with missing items, which might test your patience. There's a lack of air conditioning in some rooms, which made warm nights less comfortable than I hoped.
